9."Bhante nāgasena, 'bāḷisikassa dve aṅgāni gahetabbānī'ti yaṃ vadesi, katamāni tāni dve aṅgāni gahetabbānī"ti?
|
‘Venerable Nāgasena, those two qualities of the fisherman you say he ought to take, which are they?’
|
59. Почтенный Нагасена, ты сказал, что следует взять два качества рыбака. Каковы эти два качества?
|

"Yathā, mahārāja, bāḷisiko baḷisena macche uddharati, evameva kho, mahārāja, yoginā yogāvacarena ñāṇena uttariṃ sāmaññaphalāni uddharitabbāni.
|
‘Just, O king, as the fisherman draws up the fish on his hook; just so, O king, should the strenuous Bhikshu, earnest in effort, draw up by his knowledge, and that to the uttermost, the fruits of Samanaship.
|
– Во-первых, государь, рыбак вытаскивает рыб крючком. Вот точно так же, государь, и занимающемуся йогой йогу следует знанием вытаскивать плоды шраманства один за другим.

Idaṃ, mahārāja, bāḷisikassa paṭhamaṃ aṅgaṃ gahetabbaṃ.
|
This, O king, is the first quality of the fisherman he ought to have.
|
Это первое качество, государь, что следует взять у рыбака.
|

"Puna caparaṃ, mahārāja, bāḷisiko parittakaṃ vadhitvā vipulaṃ lābhamadhigacchati, evameva kho, mahārāja, yoginā yogāvacarena parittalokāmisamattaṃ pariccajitabbaṃ.
|
‘And again, O king, just as the fisherman by the sacrifice of a very little comes to great gain ; just so, O king, should the strenuous Bhikshu, earnest in effort, renounce the mean baits of worldly things;
|
Далее, государь, рыбак жертвует немногим, чтобы получить большую прибыль. Вот точно так же, государь, и занимающемуся йогой йогу следует оставить ограниченные мирские желания.

Lokāmisamattaṃ, mahārāja, pariccajitvā yogī yogāvacaro vipulaṃ sāmaññaphalaṃ adhigacchati.
|
then by that renunciation will he gain the mighty fruits of Samanaship.
|
Оставив ограниченные мирские желания, государь, занимающийся йогой йог обретает великий плод шраманства.
|

|
Idaṃ, mahārāja, bāḷisikassa dutiyaṃ aṅgaṃ gahetabbaṃ.
|
This, O king, is the second quality of the fisherman he ought to have.
|
Это второе качество, государь, что следует взять у рыбака.
|

|
Bhāsitampetaṃ, mahārāja, therena rāhulena –
|
For it was said, O king, by Rāhula, the Elder:

"'Suññatañcānimittañca, vimokkhañcāppaṇihitaṃ;
|
“The state that is void of lust, anger, and sin— Those conditions of sentient life—and be free, Free from the cravings that mortals feel,

«Развязки через бессвойственность, Пустоту и неприлагание,
|
|
|
Caturo phale chaḷabhiññā, cajitvā lokāmisaṃ labhe"'ti.
|
And the fruits of the stages of th’ Excellent Way And the six modes of Insight shall all be his.” - Renouncing the baits of the world he shall gain (these)’
|
Шесть сверхзнаний, четыре плода – Все обретёшь отречением»898.
