Atha kho bhagavā pubbaṇhasamayaṃ nivāsetvā pattacīvaramādāya saddhiṃ bhikkhusaṅghena yena sunidhavassakārānaṃ magadhamahāmattānaṃ āvasatho tenupasaṅkami; upasaṅkamitvā paññatte āsane nisīdi.
|
Thereupon the Blessed One got ready in the forenoon, and taking bowl and robe, he went together with the community of bhikkhus to the abode of Sunidha and Vassakara, where he took the seat prepared for him.
|
Then the Blessed One, early in the morning, adjusted his lower robe and—taking his bowl & outer robe—went together with the Saṅgha of monks to the rest-house of Sunidha & Vassakāra, the chief ministers of Magadha. On arrival, he sat down on the seat laid out.
|
Then the Lord, having dressed in the morning, took his robe and bowl, went with the order of monks to the residence of Sunidha and Vassakara, and sat down on the prepared seat.
|
Рано утром Благословенный оделся, взял сосуд для подаяния и одеяние и вместе с собранием монахов отправился в жилище Сунидхи и Вассакары. Придя, он сел на предназначенное для него сидение.

И тогда Благостный оделся утром, взял сосуд для подаяний и верхнюю одежду, приблизился с толпой монахов к обители Сунидхи и Вассакары, главных советников Магадхи, и, приблизившись, сел на предложенное сиденье.

Atha kho sunidhavassakārā magadhamahāmattā buddhappamukhaṃ bhikkhusaṅghaṃ paṇītena khādanīyena bhojanīyena sahatthā santappesuṃ sampavāresuṃ.
|
And Sunidha and Vassakara themselves attended on the community of bhikkhus headed by the Buddha, and served them with choice food, hard and soft.
|
Sunidha & Vassakāra, with their own hands, served & satisfied the Saṅgha of monks, with the Buddha at its head, with exquisite staple & non-staple food.
|
Then Sunidha and Vassakara served the Buddha and his order of monks with choice soft and hard foods till they were satisfied.
|
И Сунидха и Вассакара лично угощали и потчевали собрание монахов, возглавляемое Буддой, превосходной твёрдой и мягкой едой.
|
Тогда Сунидха и Вассакара, главные советники Магадхи, своей рукой угостили и насытили толпу монахов во главе с Буддой изысканной твердой пищей и мягкой пищей.

Atha kho sunidhavassakārā magadhamahāmattā bhagavantaṃ bhuttāviṃ onītapattapāṇiṃ aññataraṃ nīcaṃ āsanaṃ gahetvā ekamantaṃ nisīdiṃsu.
|
When the Blessed One had finished his meal and had removed his hand from the bowl, they took low seats and sat down at one side.
|
Then, when the Blessed One had finished his meal and withdrawn his hand from the bowl, Sunidha & Vassakāra, taking a low seat, sat to one side.
|
And when the Lord took his hand away from the bowl they sat down on low stools to one side.
|
И когда Благословенный закончил приём пищи и вынул руку из сосуда для подаяния, Сундиха и Вассакара взяли низкие сидения и сели в одной стороне.
|
Когда Благостный, поев, омыл сосуд для подаяний и руки, Сунидха и Вассакара, главные советники Магадхи, выбрали другое низкое сиденье и сели в стороне.

Ekamantaṃ nisinne kho sunidhavassakāre magadhamahāmatte bhagavā imāhi gāthāhi anumodi –
