Katame cattāro?
|
|
|
Idha, bhikkhave, bhikkhu kāye kāyānupassī viharati ātāpī sampajāno satimā, vineyya loke abhijjhādomanassaṃ.
|
|
|
Vedanāsu - pe - citte… dhammesu dhammānupassī viharati ātāpī sampajāno satimā, vineyya loke abhijjhādomanassaṃ.
|
|
|
Ime kho, bhikkhave, cattāro satipaṭṭhānā"ti.
|
|
|
35.[Ka] kathaṃ kāye kāyānupassī viharati?
|
|
|
Idhekacco pathavīkāyaṃ aniccato anupassati, no niccato; dukkhato anupassati, no sukhato; anattato anupassati, no attato; nibbindati, no nandati; virajjati, no rajjati; nirodheti, no samudeti, paṭinissajjati, no ādiyati.
|
|
|
Aniccato anupassanto niccasaññaṃ pajahati, dukkhato anupassanto sukhasaññaṃ pajahati, anattato anupassanto attasaññaṃ pajahati, nibbindanto nandiṃ pajahati, virajjanto rāgaṃ pajahati, nirodhento samudayaṃ pajahati, paṭinissajjanto ādānaṃ pajahati.

Imehi sattahi ākārehi kāyaṃ anupassati.
|
|
|
Kāyo upaṭṭhānaṃ, no sati.

Bhāvanāti catasso bhāvanā – tattha jātānaṃ dhammānaṃ anativattanaṭṭhena bhāvanā, indriyānaṃ ekarasaṭṭhena bhāvanā, tadupagavīriyavāhanaṭṭhena bhāvanā, āsevanaṭṭhena bhāvanā.

Как он пребывает отслеживая явления как явления?

Idhekacco ṭhapetvā kāyaṃ ṭhapetvā vedanaṃ ṭhapetvā cittaṃ tadavasese dhamme aniccato anupassati, no niccato; dukkhato anupassati, no sukhato; anattato anupassati, no attato; nibbindati, no nandati; virajjati, no rajjati; nirodheti, no samudeti; paṭinissajjati, no ādiyati.

Здесь некто отслеживает все явления помимо тела, ощущения и ума как непостоянные, а не постоянные, как мучительные, а не как приятные, как не являющиеся мной (безличные), а не как являющиеся мной, пресыщается, а не радуется, приводит [алчность] к затуханию, не распаляет её, приводит к прекращению, не к возникновению, отпускает, не схватывает.

Отслеживая как непостоянное он устраняет распознавание [как] постоянного, отслеживая как мучительное от устраняет распознавание приятного, отслеживая как не являющееся мной он устраняет распознавание являющегося мной, пресытившись он устраняет наслаждение, с затуханием алчности он устраняет алчность, приведя к прекращению он устраняет возникновение, отпуская он устраняет схватывание.
