Upagantuṃ kadā ceva, kati antarāvassa ca;

To enter, and when, how many, and during the Rains.

Ajjhokāse vassāvāso, asenāsanikena ca;

Rain-residence out in the open, and without a lodging,

Katikā paṭissuṇitvā, bahiddhā ca uposathā;
