"Tāya sammatāya bhikkhuniyā bhikkhunisaṅghaṃ ādāya bhikkhusaṅghaṃ upasaṅkamitvā ekaṃsaṃ uttarāsaṅgaṃ karitvā bhikkhūnaṃ pāde vanditvā ukkuṭikaṃ nisīditvā añjaliṃ paggahetvā evamassa vacanīyo – 'bhikkhunīsaṅgho, ayyā, bhikkhusaṅghaṃ pavāreti – diṭṭhena vā, sutena vā parisaṅkāya vā.

“That nun who has been agreed upon, taking the Order of nuns (with her), having approached the Order of monks, having arranged her upper robe over one shoulder, having honoured the monks’ feet, having sat down on her haunches, having saluted with joined palms, should speak thus to it: ‘The Order of nuns, masters, is inviting the Order of monks in respect of what has been seen, heard, or suspected.

Vadatu [vadatu maṃ (ka.)], ayyā, bhikkhusaṅgho bhikkhunisaṅghaṃ anukampaṃ upādāya, passanto paṭikarissati.
|
Masters, let the Order of monks speak to the Order of nuns out of compassion and they, seeing (the offence), will make amends.

Dutiyampi, ayyā - pe - tatiyampi, ayyā, bhikkhunisaṅgho bhikkhusaṅghaṃ pavāreti – diṭṭhena vā, sutena vā, parisaṅkāya vā.

And a second time, masters … And a third time, masters, the Order of nuns is inviting the Order of monks …
