218.Atha kho bhagavā bhikkhū āmantesi – "handa dāni, bhikkhave, āmantayāmi vo, vayadhammā saṅkhārā appamādena sampādethā"ti.

8. And the Blessed One addressed the bhikkhus, saying: "Behold now, bhikkhus, I exhort you: All compounded things are subject to vanish. Strive with earnestness!"

Then the Blessed One addressed the monks, “Now, then, monks, I exhort you: All fabrications are subject to ending & decay. Reach consummation through heedfulness.”

6.7.Then the Lord said to the monks: [156] 'Now, monks, I declare to you: all conditioned things are of a nature to decay — strive on untiringly.'453
