"Puna caparaṃ, bhikkhave, bhikkhu seyyathāpi passeyya sarīraṃ sivathikāya chaḍḍitaṃ, aṭṭhikāni setāni saṅkhavaṇṇapaṭibhāgāni [saṅkhavaṇṇūpanibhāni (sī. syā. pī.)] - pe - aṭṭhikāni puñjakitāni terovassikāni - pe - aṭṭhikāni pūtīni cuṇṇakajātāni. 'Atthi kāyo'ti vā panassa sati paccupaṭṭhitā hoti yāvadeva ñāṇamattāya paṭissatimattāya anissito ca viharati, na ca kiñci loke upādiyati.
